Toffler said that 'Change is a process by which the future enters into our lives'. His words are treated as doctrine of all self-respecting futurists. How the future looks likefrom the perspective of the past? It is also the motto of this year's Unsound 2011, which starts October 9 in Krakow.
Future shock, a leading topic of the festival (9 - 16 October), is also the title of the book American futurologist, trying to find a balance between modern technology, the development of technology with what is close to man. What is most worrying is the fact that the technique instead of helping, divides. The sens of interpersonal relationships is almost lost. So how to live, not to get lost in the sheer volume of information? The response to similar moral dilemmas seem to be music. So what are waiting for searchers unfamiliar space at this year\'s Unsound festival?
The programme of the festival will be rich in concerts of renowned artists representing different kinds of music from electronic, classical and post-classical, to experimental, and the club.
